Gannon Lettings is the latest division of Gannon Properties, specifically set up to directly manage our own portfolio of luxury residential apartments in Prime Central London.

We have rental properties in London’s most sought after areas such as Ladbroke Grove, Victoria, Chelsea, Fulham, Park Lane, Islington and Knightsbridge. Our properties range from studios in Ladbroke Grove to penthouses in Victoria and mews houses in Islington. We have worked with selected Interior Designers and aim to provide some of the most stylish and comfortable interiors in London’s residential rental market. All of our properties were either built or refurbished within the last five years and are appointed to a very high standard benefiting from every modern convenience.

Dealing with Gannon Lettings, means direct communication with the landlord, which provides peace of mind for all parties, any issues that may arise are dealt with quickly and effectively as you the tenant will be speaking directly to us the landlord. Gannon Lettings also provides our own in house maintenance service, which provides the quickest solution to any upkeep and repairs that may arise during tenancy.
